ayeeee its another night with isomnia. :(
& im thoroughly exhausted now.
i wonder whats causing all these sleepless nights.
i wasnt even thinking anything. my whole consciousness&subconsciousness was just concentrating as hard as possible to shut down.
how ironic.
my thalamus must be in that hyperactive mode again.

& i didnt even touch a single can of caffeine boosted drink.

got to bed around early11..tossed&turned many many.
slept lightly for abit cuz the next time i checked my hp twas 2 something am. [ yknw hw its like when its just light sleep rightttt...like ure just drifting to unconsciousness but not even there !? its exasperatingggg !!! D:( ]
& tossed&turned until around 5. its like unknowingly i keep squeezing my eyes shut so hard i see stars only to realise later when i give up that attempt to fall asleep. eye headacheee.
and then when i finally caught some Zs the stupid alarm rang. i turned it off & almost forgot to wake up.

woke up at 7.


:/ i dont feel too good now.
gots to get to school for my 9am psych lab. thank God this tutor isnt the type who enjoys calling random people off the name list to put them on that gawdamn spot, or calling on people for that matter.

i wonder if id be able to make it through the 2 hour lecture later.
should i even attempt ?
oh yeaaa. plans to go vics place to chill later. thinking about that makes lecture seem really random.

i just hope i can make it through.

but coming back here straight after the lab to sleep for the rest of today seems a very very good idea too.

sighh.

i wonder if a person can forget how to fall asleep.
like randomly forget.
-not that it applies to me.
